Who are we…
We are a Letchworth, Hertfordshire based property company that started from our own personal property refurbishment and investment projects. After requests from family and friends to help with their own property maintenance works. This grew further by word of mouth to helping other customers looking for a trustworthy and reliable contractor.
From small redecoration upgrades, to full kitchen and bathrooms installs. Others wanted a fully managed project of a house refurbishment. Working further afield we now work across Herts, Beds and Cambs providing a developers eye for value to an investment project and a homeowners wish for a great finish. This is our core service offering - providing a maintenance and refurbishment solution to homes and investment properties.
From discussions with some of our investor clients there was a need for finding properties for investment purposes that were outside of their locality and work area. Hampered by work commitments and life in general there wasn’t the time to view potential deals, talk to estate agents and vendors, and meet with numerous builders and contractors, as well as having the confidence to take a project and make it successful. From our own personal past projects (Buy to Let, property flips, Buy-Refurbish-Refinance strategies) and our knowledge of potential investment areas in Herts, Beds, and Cambs along with our understanding of expected costing refurbishment projects and timescales, we have moved into being able to find great properties that meet customer investment goals and also providing the option of a fully managed, hands-free sourcing and deal packaging service along with an in-house renovation ability.
